n Thursday, Dr.Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State informed in X (Twitter) that the government of India has approved the naming of Udhampur Railway Station as “Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan Railway Station”.
Dr.Jitendra Singh wrote "Janmashtmi Gesture for Udhampur, Thanks PM Sh Narendra Modi ji. In response to our request, the Government of India has approved the naming of Udhampur Railway Station as “Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan Railway Station”. A communication to this effect has been sent to the UT Government of Jammu And Kashmir to formally issue the required Gazette notification.
