Traffic is affected due to snowfall in the Kashmir Valley. Slippery has increased on the Srinagar-Sonmarg-Gumri highway. That's why on Tuesday it has been kept closed for vehicles from both sides. The Mughal road connecting Rajouri and Poonch districts with Shopian in south Kashmir remained closed due to snowfall.
It is a matter of relief that the movement of vehicles on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway is continuing smoothly from both the sides. Small vehicles have been allowed to leave from both sides in the morning. After this heavy vehicles will be dispatched. Finally the vehicles of the security forces will be sent from Jammu to Srinagar.
