'Saudi Arabia to end travel restrictions of six countries including India'

Saudi Arabia will end the travel ban imposed on six countries including India. These restrictions were imposed to prevent the spread of corona. Fully vaccinated migrants will be allowed direct entry. Also, they do not need to go into 14-day isolation outside their countries before entering the country.

On behalf of the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia, it has been said that these changes will come into effect from 1 o'clock midnight on December 1. Saudi Arabia will allow direct entry to travelers from Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Vietnam, Egypt and India. However, people coming from these countries will have to self-isolate in Saudi Arabia for five days at government expense.

In fact, earlier in February, direct entry was banned due to the increase in corona cases globally. The ban includes Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, the US, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Brazil, Argentina, Pakistan, South Africa, India, Indonesia and Japan. This restriction also applies to travelers who had passed through any of the 20 countries in the 14 days prior to their visit to the country.
