Padmashree Nand sir is no more. He breathed his last today at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. He was 104 years old. His grandson Khageshwar Priti gave this information.
He was first admitted to the hospital on Jajpur Road on November 30 last after suffering from corona. After this, he was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar after his health deteriorated. His health was deteriorating due to old age and other complications. He breathed his last this afternoon.
It is noteworthy that on November 9, President Ram Nath Kovind honored him with the Padma Shri. During this, his photo with a pose giving blessings to the President was very popular.
