Today at 1230hrs one baby namely Zohan(05 months) s/o Mohd Afram r/o link Road Diwaro Kidnapped by one unknown lady.While the mother of baby namely Zarina begum was in OPD kishtwar for self cheak up and she handed her baby to one unknown lady and self go for checkup.when she come back the unknown lady along with baby was not found.
