Jugal Kishore Sharma, the BJP candidate for Jammu-Reasi parliamentary constituency, during his road show in Rehari Colony, Sarwal, Gurrah Bakshi Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Talab Tillo, Gole Gujral camp areas of Jammu West assembly segment, was given warm reception at number of places, with hundreds of men, women, youth, senior citizens etc garlanding and showering flower petals, amid slogans of BJP Zindabad, Har Har Modi-Ghar Ghar Modi, abki baar 400 paar.

Jugal Kishore Sharma was accompanied by party senior leaders Sat Sharma, Chander Mohan Gupta, Veenu Khanna, Prabhat Singh, Prem Gupta, Parmod Kapahi, Zorawar Singh Jamwal, Ramesh Gupta, Dharamvir Singh Jamwal, Kunti Jasrotia, Keshav Chopra, Surinder Choudhary, Atul Bakshi, Hardeep Mankotia and others. 

Addressing the public enroute road show route, Jugal Kishore Sharma, said that the BJP is seeking votes on its report card of massive development and social welfare, which has been splendid and highly appreciable. He said that there has been BJP-led NDA government at the centre from 2014 onwards and it was for the first time that Jammu got a fair deal in matters of development under PM Narendra Modi.

Jugal Kishore Sharma said that a number of infrastructure development projects have been extended to Jammu, which has given a facelift to the capital city in particular. He said that after including Jammu in the Smart City project, multi-parking facilities have come up at the bus stand and Panjtirthi.  E- buses are now plying on roads for the passengers, the passenger sheds stand constructed, concrete footpaths along roads have been added, and this all has made travel and foot walking comfortable.

Jugal Kishore Sharma said the people of Jammu today have better means of communication and travel, as Jammu railway station has been expanded with more platforms, lift, escalator, fast speed trains. Jammu airport has been expanded and equipped with night flying facility, sports stadium has been developed to host mega cricket events, large number of people are enjoying cable car/gandola ride. Musical fountain at Bagh-e Bahu and Jumbo Zoo has become spots of attraction.

Jugal said that Jammu has achieved the distinction of having prestigious institutions of health and higher education as well. Tawi River Front is being developed. He said that it would not be wrong to mention that Jammu has, during the last few years, emerged as centre of various projects in different sectors and that whatever has been seen in Jammu is the gift from PM Narendra Modi. He said that the people of Jammu are fortunate enough to enjoy various facilities under new projects received from Modi government.

Jugal Kishore Sharma appealed the people not to fall prey to the false, misleading propaganda of Congress and other parties and support BJP to see Narendra Modi as PM for the third consecutive term and see more development in their areas. 

Former minister, Sat Sharma, while speaking to people during the road show, said that there was a time when Congress was in power at the centre  from 2004 to 2014 and Jammu was ignored in all matters as Kashmir had been its core constituency. With the change at the centre, Modi government eliminated the policy of ignoring Jammu and now it is fast moving on the path of progress and prosperity.

Former Mayor and Jammu-Reasi parliamentary constituency Incharge, Chander Mohan Gupta, while appealing the people to vote BJP candidate, said that the record of accomplishment of Jugal Kishore Sharma has been splendid and deserves to be given one more chance to serve the Jammuites.  

Jammu-Reasi constituency Media Co-Incharge Zorawar Singh Jamwal, while talking to the people of different areas during the road show, said that voting BJP would mean vote for Modi and also showing resolve of the people to see Narendra Modi as Prime Minister for the third consecutive term.    

Jammu district president Parmod Kapahi said that the party is going to win this seat with a comfortable margin as the people are influenced by the Modi wave.
