December is about to begin. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the list of bank holidays for the last month of the year, December 2021. In such a situation, before going to the branch for important work, definitely check the list of bank holidays. Because, banks will be closed for a total of 12 days in December.

According to the RBI holiday list, out of the 12-day holidays, there are four Sundays, while banks will remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. Along with this, there is a holiday in the banks of the whole country on the occasion of Christmas in December. Apart from this, banks will also be closed on holidays according to festivals in different states. The complete list of holidays in December, 2021 is as follows.



Banks will remain closed on December 3 at Fest of St. Francis Xavier in Panaji.



Bank will remain closed on 5th December on the occasion of weekly holiday on Sunday.



On December 11, being the second Saturday of the month, there will be a holiday in the bank.



There will be no work in banks on the weekly holiday of Sunday, December 12.



Banks in Shillong will remain closed on December 18 on the death anniversary of Yu So So Tham.



There will be no work in the bank on the weekly holiday on Sunday, December 19.



Banks will remain closed on December 24 due to holiday in Aizawl on Christmas.



Banks will remain closed on December 25, except in Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar, on the occasion of Christmas.



Banks will remain closed on the occasion of weekly holiday on Sunday, December 26.



Banks will remain closed in Aizawl on December 27 due to Christmas celebrations.



Banks in Shillong on Yu Qiang Nongbah will remain closed on December 30.



On December 31, there will be no work in the bank in Aizawl on New Year's Evening.
